Olive and Ham Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for Olive and Ham Pizza:
– 80 grams of all-purpose flour


– Amount of mozzarella cheese


– 1 ham sausage


– Amount of tomato sauce


– Amount of corn kernels


– 2 black olives


– 2 green olives


– 1 gram of yeast


– 5 grams of white sugar


– 1 gram of salt


– 5 grams of oil



Method for Olive and Ham Pizza:


Step 1: Combine the dough ingredients and let it rise.


Step 2: Slice the black and green olives into rings.


Step 3: Slice the ham sausage thinly and let the mozzarella soften at room temperature.


Step 4: Roll out the dough and prick it with a fork.


Step 5: Pre-bake the crust in the oven at 185 degrees for 7 minutes.


Step 6: Remove and spread tomato sauce on top.


Step 7: Layer the toppings and olives, then sprinkle with mozzarella.


Step 8: Bake at 185 degrees for another 8 minutes.
