High gluten flour 250g, whole wheat flour 250g, white sugar 10g, salt 10g, yeast powder 6g, milk powder 15g, cheese powder 10g, water 320g, olive oil 15g, Italian mixed spices 10g, taro cubes 80g, bacon cubes 70g, surface decoration with low gluten flour as needed.

Step 1: Dice the taro.


Step 2: Dice the bacon.


Step 3: Mix the dry ingredients (excluding olive oil, taro cubes, bacon cubes) with the wet ingredients to form a smooth dough.


Step 4: Incorporate the olive oil into the dough.


Step 5: Add bacon cubes and taro cubes and mix together.


Step 6: Knead until the dough can stretch into a smooth film.


Step 7: Shape the dough into a round and place it in an environment at 30 degrees Celsius to ferment for 60 minutes.

Step 16: After fermentation, sprinkle the surface with low gluten flour.


Step 17: Score the surface with a knife.


Step 18: Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.


Step 19: Bake for 30 minutes.


Step 20: Remove and slightly cool before storing in a plastic bag.
