Steamed Bun Pizza Recipe for Two

Ingredients for Steamed Bun Pizza (serves two): 2 steamed buns, 4 eggs, 6 large shrimp, 2 ham sausages, corn kernels to taste, 5 cherry tomatoes, 4 black olives, mozzarella cheese to taste, 1/2 spoon of cooking wine.
Method: Step 1: Beat the eggs. Step 2: Break the steamed buns into small pieces and mix them thoroughly with the beaten eggs. Step 3: Slightly chop the large shrimp (no need if using small shrimp), and marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes. Step 4: Slice the ham sausages, cherry tomatoes, and black olives. Step 5: Heat a pan with an appropriate amount of oil, then add the steamed bun and egg mixture, and flatten it with a tool.


Step 6: Arrange the shrimp, ham sausages, cherry tomatoes, and black olives on top of the steamed bun mixture. Step 7: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Step 8: Pour 1/3 of a small bowl of water around the edges of the pan to prevent sticking. Step 9: Cover the pan, bake over medium-low heat for three minutes, and it’s ready! Step 10: Flip over to check for a golden, crispy bottom. Step 11: Enjoy while hot! Step 12: Done!
