Homemade Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for Homemade Pizza: 250g flour, 3g yeast powder, 15g white sugar, 3g salt, 10g butter, 120ml milk, 25g warm water, green pepper to taste, 80g sweet corn kernels, 1 steak, tomato sauce to taste, 125g mozzarella cheese.
Method for Homemade Pizza: Step 1: Combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast powder, milk, and warm water to form a dough. After the dough has doubled in size, incorporate softened butter and knead until smooth.


Step 2: Roll out the dough, prick with a fork, and bake at 200°C for 5 minutes to set the shape. (These three dough bases can be frozen for later use.)


Step 3: Fry the steak with butter until cooked, then dice. Prepare diced green pepper, sweet corn kernels, and tomato sauce.


Step 4: Arrange the ingredients in order: tomato sauce, cheese, beef cubes, green pepper, sweet corn kernels, and more cheese.


Step 5: Bake at 210°C for 15 minutes.
