Tomato and Mushroom Sausage Pasta Recipe

Ingredients for Tomato and Mushroom Sausage Pasta: 50g of pasta, 3 tomatoes, 5 mushrooms, 1 onion, 5 sausages, 4 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, ground black pepper to taste, 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce, chopped parsley to taste, a small amount of vegetable oil, and a small amount of heavy cream.


Method:


Step 1: Prepare the ingredients by slicing the mushrooms and garlic, and dicing the onion and tomatoes.


Step 2: Place butter in a pan.


Step 3: Pour in the sausage pieces and fry until fragrant, then remove from the pan.


Step 4: Add garlic slices and onions, fry until fragrant.


Step 5: Add mushrooms.


Step 6: Stir-fry until the onions and mushrooms are soft.


Step 7: Add tomato pieces and continue to stir-fry.


Step 8: Stir-fry until the tomatoes release their juice, then pour in the tomato sauce.


Step 9: Add the sausages back into the pan, followed by the heavy cream, and continue to stir-fry evenly.


Step 10: In another pot, boil water with salt and a small amount of vegetable oil, then add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes. Check the pasta’s texture; it should be easily breakable with chopsticks.


Step 11: Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the tomato, mushroom, and sausage sauce.


Step 12: Continue to stir-fry until well combined.


Step 13: Sprinkle with ground black pepper for added aroma.


Step 14: Serve and enjoy your meal. Don’t forget to take a photo before digging in!
