Ingredients for Strawberry Milk Patty:
Cake batter: eggs 3, corn oil 30g, matcha powder 5g, milk 40g, cake flour 40g, white sugar 35g, lemon juice 5g.
Strawberry sauce: strawberries 300g, sugar 60g, lemon juice 15g.
Strawberry cream: whipped cream 450g, strawberry sauce 70g, sugar 15g.
Steps for making Strawberry Milk Patty:
1. Prepare the egg yolk batter.
2. Whip the egg whites.
3. Mix evenly.
4. Pipe onto a square tray.
5. Bake for 22 minutes.
6. Prepare the strawberry cream.
7. Assemble the cake.
8. Spread the strawberry cream.
9. Sprinkle with strawberry powder.
10. Decorate with half a strawberry.
