Step 2: Add 80g room temperature softened butter and rub into coarse crumbs, reserving 10g for surface crumble. Step 3: Pour in 1 whole egg and 60g milk to form a dough. Step 4: Divide the dough into two portions, and roll each into a 6-inch round disc. Step 5: Sprinkle 60g honey red beans on one disc. Step 6: Cover with the other disc, ensuring the edges are sealed tightly. Step 7: Sprinkle the remaining 40g honey red beans on the surface, and brush the edges with a layer of whole egg. Step 8: Finally, sprinkle with 10g crumble. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 25 minutes in the middle rack with both upper and lower heat.
