Pumpkin Milk Squares Recipe

Ingredients for Pumpkin Milk Squares:
Pumpkin puree 120g, Milk 100g, White granulated sugar 25g, Cornstarch 15g, Coconut flakes as needed.



Method:


1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces, steam in a pot until cooked, and mash it to get 120g of pumpkin puree.


2. Combine the pumpkin puree, milk, white granulated sugar, and cornstarch in a pot.


3. Stir evenly.


4. Heat over low heat while stirring continuously until it reaches a thick consistency.


5. Pour into a container, let it cool, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.


6. Take out and cut into small pieces.


7. Coat with coconut flakes.
