Italian Pasta with Beef Steak Recipe

Ingredients for Italian pasta: 150g Italian pasta, 500g beef tenderloin, 1 tablespoon starch, half a spring onion, 1 garlic clove, half a packet of seasoning powder, 4g ground black pepper, olive oil as needed, 3 eggs (1 egg white for marinating the beef).
Method:

Step 1: Clean the beef tenderloin, cut it into 0.8 cm thick slices, and then dice it.

Step 2: Add spring onion slices, garlic slices, ground black pepper, starch, egg white, and seasoning powder to the beef slices, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with silicon paper in an air fryer, spray oil, arrange the beef slices, preheat at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake the steak for 18 minutes, flipping and spraying oil halfway.

Step 3: When bubbles appear in the boiling water, add the Italian pasta and cook for 8 minutes.

Step 4: Drain the cooked pasta into cooled boiled water, drain well, and mix with a little sesame oil.

Step 5: Pick a handful of alfalfa, wash and blanch in boiling water.

Step 6: Peel the tomatoes, dice them, add oil to a pan, fry the garlic and spring onion until fragrant over low heat, then add the tomato dice, salt, and Sichuan peppercorn oil, stir-fry and reduce the tomato juice by half.

Step 7: Cut two sausages into sections and dice one sausage.

Step 8: Place the diced sausage in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes until they are separated.

Step 9: Add salt and ginger powder to a bowl, mix with a few drops of water, and beat in 2 eggs.

Step 10: Make two omelettes.

Step 11: Fold the omelettes in half, cut into strips, and roll around one end of the sausage.

Step 12: Roll into a sunflower shape and secure with toothpicks.

Step 13: Pour the cooked tomato sauce over the Italian pasta.

Step 14: Arrange two sunflowers, alfalfa, and rolled carrot flowers on top.

Step 15: Place the baked beef steak under the sunflowers.
