Cooking Tips for Herb-Crusted Duck Legs: 1. Thawing can be done overnight in the refrigerator or by soaking in cold water until the meat is soft to the touch. 2. I used a thick-bottomed pan, after frying both sides of the duck legs, simmer on low heat without additional oil. Non-stick pans can be used, but pay attention to the heat control. 3. After about 20 minutes of simmering, you can test the thickest part of the duck leg with a chopstick; it should be easily pierced.
4. Adjust salt and soy sauce according to personal taste. 5. Now that you’ve learned this flavorful dish, it’s time to pair it with the star beer – Yanjing U8. Stock up and try it for gatherings, drinking sessions, and everyday meals. It satisfies your craving without getting you drunk. Made with healthy, additive-free ingredients, it could be considered a ‘health-tech’ in beer. The easy-to-open bottle cap is also a convenient detail.
