Step 1: Prepare the above ingredients for later use.
Step 2: Melt butter and chocolate over boiling water, stirring continuously during the melting process.
Step 3: Melt the chocolate to a smooth texture as shown in the figure.
Step 4: Beat the egg in a bowl, adding sugar in two parts, using a whisk to create large bubbles, being careful not to overbeat.
Step 5: The egg mixture should be beaten to the texture shown in the figure.
Step 6: Add the beaten egg mixture to the chocolate mixture.
Step 7: Mix the chocolate mixture evenly with the egg mixture to achieve the texture shown in the figure.
Step 8: Sift the cake flour into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Step 9: The combined chocolate batter should be smooth with bubbles and no lumps, as shown in the figure.
Step 10: Pour the chocolate batter evenly into your preferred mold.
Step 11: Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake in the upper-middle rack for approximately 10 minutes.
