Authentic Italian Meat Sauce Recipe

Ingredients for Italian Meat Sauce: 500g ground pork, 1 tomato, 1 onion, a suitable amount of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of oil, 60g tomato sauce, 20g sugar, 2g black pepper, 1g basil, a pinch of chicken essence, a splash of cooking wine, a suitable amount of green onions and ginger.


Steps for making Italian Meat Sauce:


Step 1: Prepare 500g of ground pork.


Step 2: Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces, and mince the garlic.


Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, fry green onions and ginger until fragrant, then discard.


Step 4: Sauté the onion until fragrant.


Step 5: Stir-fry until the onion is transparent, then add minced garlic.


Step 6: After the garlic is fragrant, add the ground pork.


Step 7: Stir-fry until the pork changes color, then add the tomato and cook until it starts to break down.
