Ingredients for Italian Thick Bacon Pasta: 200g Italian pasta, 50g thick bacon, 1/4 onion, 1/2 spoon soy sauce, salt to taste, a small amount of parsley, 1 tomato.
Step 1: Today is Christmas, a favorite holiday for children, and life must have a sense of ritual.
Step 2: include thick bacon, white mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions.
Step 3: Slice the white mushrooms and blanch them in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Cut the thick bacon into 0.2 cm wide strips, and dice the tomatoes.
Step 5: Heat a small amount of oil in the pan, lay the onions at the bottom, and stir-fry the bacon until it changes color, adding a pinch of salt.
Step 6: Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, a little soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Step 7: Stir-fry the diced tomatoes to release the red sauce; if the tomato juice is a bit scarce in winter, add a bit of tomato paste and a pinch of pepper.
Step 8: After the water boils, add the Italian pasta and salt, and cook for 8-9 minutes before draining.
Step 9: Sprinkle a little parsley and onions for color enhancement.
Step 10: The thick bacon has a richer smoky flavor and a pleasant chewy texture.
Step 11: If parsley is not available at home, I plucked 2 celery leaves and baked them for about 2 minutes.
Step 12: Crush and sprinkle over the pasta.
Step 13: Serve the Italian pasta, and if desired, sprinkle a bit of black pepper. The key is the thick bacon, which is rich and delicious without being greasy!
