Ingredients for Mussel Pasta:
200g Italian Pasta
500g Chilean Mussels
1-2 tablespoons Tomato Pasta Sauce
Olive Oil to taste
2 cloves Garlic
1-2 Thai Bird’s Eye Chilies
A small bunch of Parsley (reserve the stems)
Steps for Mussel Pasta:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: Mince the garlic, finely chop the Thai Bird’s Eye Chilies, and finely chop the parsley, reserving the stems.
Step 3: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Step 4: Add the Italian pasta and cook for 7 minutes.
Step 5: While the pasta is cooking, heat a little olive oil in a pan, add the minced garlic and Thai Bird’s Eye Chilies and sauté until fragrant.
Step 6: Add the reserved parsley stems and stir-fry evenly.
Step 7: Incorporate the tomato pasta sauce.
Step 8: Stir-fry the sauce until well combined.
Step 9: Clean the mussels and add them to the pan, stir-fry evenly.
Step 10: Pour in a small bowl of water.
Step 11: Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 12: Remove the cooked mussels, set aside the broth.
Step 13: Shell the mussels and extract the mussel meat.
Step 14: Once the pasta is cooked, drain it.
Step 15: Place the drained pasta into the mussel broth.
Step 16: Stir the pasta to absorb the mussel broth.
Step 17: Finally, add the mussel meat and sprinkle with chopped parsley, stir-fry evenly.
Step 18: You can sprinkle some black pepper, and then enjoy the delicious meal!
