Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients for Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce:
– 125g Spaghetti per person


– 1 Tomato


– 1/4 Onion


– 2 Garlic cloves


– Carrots to taste


– 30g Tomato sauce


– A pinch of salt



Instructions for making Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce:


1. Cook 125g of spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt, then drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.


2. Peel the tomato and dice it, prepare the carrots, garlic, and onion for use.


3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the other ingredients and stir-fry.


4. After the ingredients have softened, add an appropriate amount of water and tomato sauce (remove any unripe or hard tomatoes), and season with salt.


5. Cook the sauce until it thickens, then turn off the heat.


6. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix well before serving.
