Italian Pasta with Seafood and Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients for Italian Pasta:
– 100g Italian Pasta


– 50g Seafood Mushrooms


– Half a Tomato


– 40g Tomato Sauce


– 10g Olive Oil


– Salt to taste


– Lemon Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste



Steps for Cooking Italian Pasta:


Step 1: Take 100g of Italian Pasta.


Step 2: In a pot, add an adequate amount of water, a spoonful of salt, and a few drops of olive oil (to prevent pasta from sticking). Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook over high heat until it softens, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 8 minutes; add a little cold water and bring to a boil again, then turn off the heat and let it sit for another 8 minutes.


Step 3: Rinse with cold water and set aside.


Step 4: Dice the seafood mushrooms and tomato.


Step 5: Pour 10g of olive oil into a pan, then add the diced seafood mushrooms and tomato and stir-fry until they release their juices.


Step 6: Add tomato sauce and an appropriate amount of boiling water.


Step 7: Stir in the pasta to absorb the flavors, and before serving, add lemon sea salt and black pepper.


Step 8: Plate the dish and enjoy your meal! This Italian pasta dish contains less than 400 calories.
