Method for making Ai Cao Bing: Step 1: Clean the Ai Cao and place it in a pot of boiling water. Step 2: Add baking soda. Step 3: Boil for 1 minute. Step 4: Remove from the heat and place in a blender. Step 5: Add a small amount of drinking water and blend into a paste. Step 6: Take 1/5 of the paste and place it in a container, then add white granulated sugar. Step 7: Add glutinous rice flour and rice flour. Step 8: Stir until well combined. Step 9: Ensure there is no dry flour left, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while. Step 10: Divide the mixture evenly into 50-gram portions of glutinous rice dough.
